The Metabolic Exploration Platform of ICS performs specific,
on-demand experiments as well as comprehensive metabolic analyses with primary and secondary phenotypic screens
to evaluate in vivo the energy balance in mouse. These screens are performed under either basal condition
or energy challenges using standardized techniques for the detection of phenotype in energy metabolism,
glucose homeostasis, intestinal function, bone metabolism and renal function.
The platform provides users with the following techniques and scientific support for the design of experimental protocols
as well as for the development of new techniques for the investigation of metabolism.
The Metabolic Exploration Platform of ICS has large experience in phenotyping mouse model for diabetes, obesity and atherosclerosis.
