The Mouse Clinical Institute (Institut Clinique de la Souris - iCS), the IGBMC's largest technology platform, is ISO 9001 and NFX 50-900 certified. It is the leading center of the national infrastructures PHENOMIN and CELPHEDIA and a key player in the European and global effort to annotate the mouse genome via the INFRAFRONTIER and IMPC consortia.

For its activities the iCS relies on its IT development and bioinformatic service.
A short term position is opened to be filled as soon as possible to reinforce the service on web application server with database administration and use.
In line with the defined objectives, you will work in a team with 2 other people, and you will contribute to the maintenance, implementation and development of web applications.
₋ Contribute to the maintenance, evolution and troubleshoot of the iCS databases and application web servers.
₋ Participate in technology watch, lead and develop the implementation of our applications.
₋ Analyze, transcribe user needs and write technical specifications.
₋ Carry out software developments in the following environment: Python 3, Django, Django CMS and Flask, PostgreSQL, Linux (Debian), Windows, GitLab collaborative tools.
You have a higher education degree (Bac +4/5) with or without previous experience in a similar position.

L’IGBMC est un institut de Recherche publique de pointe (CNRS, INSERM, Université) dont l’activité est articulée autour de grandes thématiques, certaines nécessitant l’utilisation de modèles animaux. Le poste est à pourvoir au sein du département Animalerie de l’ICS (Institut Clinique de la Souris) dont l’activité est la création, le maintien et la caractéridation de lignées de rongeurs génétiquement modifiés.
Assurer l’élevage et la maintenance des animaux, ainsi que la maintenance de leur environnement.
